Strativyx LLC ('Strativyx,' 'we,' 'us,' or 'our') is an AI-powered growth systems company. We engineer AI Growth Systems that fully automate lead capture, follow-up, reputation management, and CRM operations — so service-based businesses can scale without adding overhead. We serve small and medium-sized businesses across all industries, including home services, legal, healthcare-adjacent, real estate, and professional services. 2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you inquire about, sign up for, or use our Services, we collect:

- Business details (industry, service area, hours of operation, licensing information)
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe; Strativyx does not store raw credit card numbers)
- Communications and correspondence with Strativyx
- Content you provide to configure AI Systems (scripts, FAQs, call recordings, customer contact lists)
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website or use our platform, we automatically collect:
- Device and browser information (device type, operating system, browser version)
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Pages visited, time spent on pages, and navigation patterns
- Referral source (how you arrived at our website)
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)
2.3 Information About Your End Customers
In delivering the Services, we may process data about your business's customers or prospects, including:
- Names, phone numbers, and email addresses of leads and customers
- Call recordings and transcripts from AI voice agent interactions
- Chat transcripts from AI chatbot interactions
- Appointment and inquiry details
You are the data controller for your End Customer data. Strativyx processes this data solely as your data processor, following your instructions and this Policy.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use collected information for the following purposes:
- Delivering, configuring, and improving the Services described in your Service Agreement
- Setting up and managing your CRM, automations, and ad campaigns
- Training and calibrating AI Systems using data you authorize for that purpose
- Processing payments and managing your billing account
- Sending service-related communications, updates, and support responses
- Sending marketing communications about Strativyx services (with your consent, where required)
- Monitoring platform performance and diagnosing technical issues
- Complying with legal obligations
- Protecting against fraud, unauthorized access, and abuse
4. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
4.1 We Do Not Sell Your Data
Strativyx does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your End Customers' data to any third party for their own marketing purposes.
4.2 Service Providers
We share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist in delivering the Services, under contractual obligations to protect your data, including infrastructure, AI processing, advertising, and payment processing partners.
4.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Strativyx, our clients, or the public.
4.4 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of Strativyx's assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections.
5. CALL RECORDINGS AND AI INTERACTION TRANSCRIPTS
Where call recording or AI voice agent services are enabled, Strativyx records and stores voice interactions between AI Systems and End Customers. These recordings are used to:
- Deliver the Services (e.g., qualifying leads, capturing appointment details)
- Monitor AI System quality and accuracy
- Resolve disputes or support client inquiries
Client is responsible for ensuring that all applicable federal and state laws governing call recording consent (including two-party consent requirements) are followed. Recordings are retained for ninety (90) days by default, after which they are deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law or requested in writing by Client.
6. DATA RETENTION
We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, subject to the following:
- Client account data is retained for the duration of the Service Agreement plus two (2) years after termination.
- Call recordings are retained for ninety (90) days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- End Customer data is retained for the duration of the Service Agreement and deleted within sixty (60) days of termination upon written request.
- Payment records are retained for seven (7) years as required for tax and accounting purposes.
- Legal holds may require us to retain certain data beyond standard retention periods.
7. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
7.1 What We Use
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including essential cookies for functionality, analytics cookies to understand traffic patterns, and marketing cookies to track ad performance.

8. DATA SECURITY

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
9. DATA BREACH NOTIFICATION
In the event of a security breach that compromises personal information, Strativyx will investigate and contain the breach promptly, notify affected Clients within seventy-two (72) hours of discovery where feasible, and cooperate with regulatory authorities.
10. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
10.1 All Clients
Regardless of your location, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications at any time.
10.2 California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights to know what personal information is collected, used, or shared, and to opt out of the sale of personal information (which we do not do).
10.3 Virginia Residents (VCDPA)
Virginia residents have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising.
10.4 GDPR (EU/EEA Individuals)
Individuals in the EEA have rights under the GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and data portability. Our legal bases for processing include performance of a contract and legitimate interests.
10.5 How to Exercise Your Rights

11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Strativyx's services are directed exclusively to businesses and are not intended for individuals under the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. SMS AND MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
12.1 SMS Communications
Operational SMS updates related to your account are sent based on your consent. These communications include consultation booking confirmations, appointment reminders, onboarding updates, lead follow-up notifications, account status updates, and service-related operational alerts. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Strativyx SMS.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
12.2 Email Marketing
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the 'Unsubscribe' link or emailing legal@strativyx.com.
13. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Strativyx is based in the United States. Information collected may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S., which may have data protection laws different from those in your country.
